PolyLock HDPE profiles

PolyLock is a HDPE profile for securely attaching geomembranes to concrete structures according to the state of the art. HDPE profile is a strong and durable material with excellent chemical resistance.

The arrangement of 3 parallel T-shaped anchors provides a strong mechanical fastening to a concrete structure. The HDPE profile can be placed into the formwork before concreting or injected into liquid concrete. Only high-quality HDPE raw materials are used for this profile, which ensures optimum weldability to the geomembrane.

INSTALLATION OF PolyLock HDPE Profile
To install a profile in concrete, it is necessary to fix the profile to the formwork before pouring the concrete, so that after the concrete has been set, the formwork can be easily detached from the concrete and the profile. There is vertical and horizontal installation.

VERTICAL INSTALLATION
The profile shall be attached to formwork with nails approximately every 30 cm (alternating sides). The length of nails should be chosen depending on the thickness of the leaves (from 20 to 30 mm).

HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION
Рorizontally installed profile shall be looped with holes of 4-5 mm diameter every 1 m (alternating sides) for ventilation. The profile must then be pressed under slight pressure and vibration (air duct through drilled holes) into fresh concrete (quality min. B25) and then loaded until the concrete hardens.
